We get this question a lot through our social media and support e-mail. To answer your concerns, yes, our sites checkout is fully secure.

We make use of up-to-date SSL certificates and the back end of our e-commerce shop is handled by WooCommerce alongside checkout through PayPal. These companies have years of experience and know that customer safety takes a large priority when creating an e-commerce platform.

We never give away your personal information to third parties that are not involved in the shipping process of your order. To post items we make use of official postage companies such as Royal Mail, DHL, MyHermes etc. All of the companies we work with know the importance of keeping your information safe.

Here at SHUVT we like to keep our customers as informed as possible about their order. This is why there are 2 emails that get sent when you order a product.

Email 1: “Your Order Receipt…” This email is sent to you once we have received payment and is an automated email to let you know your order has arrived in our system and that we are working on getting your order to you.

Email 2: “Your Order is Complete” This email is sent once the product is posted and on its way to you. (Refer to the “Delivery” section of our FAQ to find out how long it should take from this email to get your product.)

How long will it take for me to receive my product after ordering?

UNITED KINGDOM: 3-7 Business Days

EUROPE: Up to 10 Business Days

OUTSIDE THE EU: Up to 15 Business Days

If your order has not arrived after the above period of days please make sure to get in contact with us.

We are dedicated to operating under ethical and environmentally friendly practices during our production processes. We’re working hard to continue refining these processes because it’s a commitment we don’t take lightly:­

  • Our Ink is OEKOTEX® approved (they don’t contain any regulated or unregulated chemicals harmful to the environment).
  • All the excess and waste cardboard and paper we produce is recycled.
  • Waste ink is unavoidable, but we dispose of ours responsibly.
  • Failed prints are also unavoidable, all products that failed quality checks will be donated to charity.
  • DPD, one of our delivery partners, have a carbon neutral commitment.
  • Our packaging used to ship all orders is either 100% recyclable or biodegradable, or both.

If there is something wrong with your product please email us (info@shuvt.com) with your order number and images of the fault and we will be happy to issue a refund or replacement to you.

  • Wash at 30 degrees Celcius, inside out
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not iron over print

NOTE: Please be advised we cannot offer refunds on products damaged due to not following these care instructions during washing.
